What data Rankie collects, how it is used, and what you control.
Rankie stores the email you sign up with, the brand domains you scan, and the persona network we build for each brand. Scan results, strategy reports, and chat history are stored against your account so you can return to them over time.
We do not sell your data. We use it to run the platform, improve our engines, and provide aggregated benchmarks (always at the industry level, never identifying your brand). You can request export or deletion of your data at any time and we will fulfil it within 30 days.
Persona records use public census distributions (TÜİK, US Census, Eurostat) and never include personally identifying information from real individuals. They simulate cohort behavior, not specific people.
