The plain-language version of the rules for using Rankie.
By using Rankie, you agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes — auditing your brand's visibility in AI search engines, building strategy reports, and analyzing your own customer signals. You are responsible for the accuracy of brand inputs and the integrity of any actions taken on your behalf.
Rankie's scans rely on public AI search engines and census data. Results reflect what those engines surface at scan time and are not guarantees of future ranking. We do not warrant that any specific business outcome will follow from acting on a report.
You may not use Rankie to crawl another brand without their authorization, run mass automated abuse against the AI engines we query, or republish raw scan data as if it were independent measurement. Accounts violating these limits can be suspended.
